Policy

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made online or by calling. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment.

No Show

No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment with the credit card.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list, we respectfully ask for 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid additional charges.

  • Cancellations without 48 hours notice will be charged 30% of the service with the credit card on file.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service with the credit card on file.
  • Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment time will be charged 70% of the service with the credit card on file.
  • Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment time will count as a No-show and will be charged for the full (100%) amount.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be aware that your treatment time will be shortened with a full cost charged. Being more than 15 minutes late will count as a No-show, and we will charge for the full (100%) amount of the service fee. 

Please Arrive Early

If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning clients, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time to check in, get situated, and be ready to go for your full allotted session time. You can relax in our beautiful lounge while you are waiting.

Fix policy

  • After confirming with our technicians about the materials and styles being used before starting the service, the customers should be responsible for any unsatisfied choices and decisions which are made by themselves.
  • We can only fix the eyelashes for the customers for free within 3 days after the in-store service if there are any technical problems caused by our technicians, as long as you are following all the proper after care instructions.

REFILLS

We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at CJ Eyelash – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.

PAYMENT/GRATUITY

We accept Cash and all major credit cards. Tips are genuinely appreciated for the full value.
